Founder & President
William founded ARC Business Advisors with a simple belief: accounting should be clear, practical, and genuinely helpful. He enjoys helping individuals and business owners understand their finances so they can make confident decisions and focus on what matters most.
Before starting ARC, William built experience in public accounting, corporate tax for a Fortune 500 company, and accounting management for a global commercial real estate firm. That diverse background allows him to bring both technical knowledge and real-world business insight to his clients.
A fourth-generation Sheridan native, William earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Henderson State University and his Master of Accountancy from Emporia State University.
Today, he works with individuals and businesses across Arkansas, providing accounting, payroll, tax, and advisory services with an emphasis on responsiveness, clear communication, and long-term relationships.
Sarah Ottens
Office Manager
Sarah is often one of the first friendly faces clients see or voices they hear when they contact ARC Business Advisors. She helps keep the office running smoothly while supporting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales tax, and payroll tax services.
Known for her organized approach and attention to detail, Sarah enjoys helping clients feel welcomed and taken care of throughout every interaction with our firm.
Outside the office, Sarah is actively involved in the Sheridan community through the Farmers Market, Kick Start Sheridan, nonprofit grant writing, and other local initiatives. Her commitment to serving others reflects the same values she brings to ARC every day.
Keely B. McGuire
Senior Accountant
Keely works closely with individuals and businesses to keep their financial records accurate, organized, and up to date. She enjoys helping clients navigate the day-to-day details of accounting so they can spend more time focusing on their businesses.
Before joining ARC Business Advisors, Keely gained valuable experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable for a multinational manufacturing company, giving her a strong understanding of the financial processes that keep businesses running efficiently.
A Sheridan native, Keely earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Henderson State University. She is known for her attention to detail, dependable work ethic, and commitment to providing accurate, reliable service to every client.
