Founder and President

A fourth-generation Sheridan native, William pairs deep Arkansas roots with broad accounting and tax experience. He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Henderson State University and a Master of Accountancy from Emporia State University.

Before founding ARC Business Advisors, William worked in public accounting, corporate tax for a Fortune 500 company, and accounting management for a global commercial real estate firm. As an Enrolled Agent, he is federally authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS.

William focuses on making accounting and tax matters clear, practical, and useful for individuals and business owners across Central Arkansas.

Sarah Ottens

Office Manager

Sarah supports ARC’s bookkeeping and payroll work with experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales tax, and payroll tax. She brings care, precision, and a calm, helpful presence to client service.

She is also deeply involved in the local community through the farmers market, Kick Start Sheridan, nonprofit grant writing, and community events.

Keely B. McGuire

Senior Accountant

Keely helps clients keep day-to-day financial operations accurate and organized. Her experience includes accounts payable and receivable for a multinational manufacturing company, giving her a practical understanding of the systems growing businesses rely on.

A Sheridan High School graduate, Keely earned her B.B.A. in Accounting from Henderson State University. She is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to giving clients clear financial records.
